Having difficulty logging in?

Schools’ Choice Customer users follow the steps below – all other users please click to the other users section:

To access AnyComms+ firstly login to the Schools’ Choice website using your single sign-on credentials and open the following link in a new tab within the same web browser as per the screenshots below:

The system may sign you straight in – in which case you can go to step 4 – else you may see the following screen in step 3:

You should now see the following message:


If you do not see this message, and have not been able to log into the website, this could mean any of the following:

  • You have not been set up with single sign on access and therefore you need to get your manager to email us to request this
  • You need a password reset – and should do this using password manager below:

If neither of these options are suitable for you then please contact us on 03001231420 or email us at explaining that you are having difficulty with your single sign on access.

If you have been able to log into the schools’ choice website successfully, then follow the steps below to log into anycomms plus:

Step 1: Open a second tab in your browser and copy and paste the following link into it:


Step 2: Tick the box to say I accept the Terms & Conditions

Step 3: Click SSO Login


You should be signed straight into Anycomms Plus


If you have been unable to sign in at this point and are still experiencing issues, then please call us on 03001231420 or email us at explaining that you have successfully logged into the schools’ choice website but are not able to log into anycomms plus – it is likely that you have not been given access to the system application.

Other users who are not customers of Schools’ Choice

You need to use your username (usually your email address) and password to log into the system – you should have set up your own password during the system set up process.

If you have input your username and password, but cannot log in then click reset password:


You will then be prompted to enter your username and your email address. If your username is your email address then both of these boxes will be the same:


Then click Request Reset – the following message will appear:


Check your email inbox – make sure you check your junk mail also. It might take a few minutes for the email to come through. You should receive an email from the system to reset your password.
